How to manually increase fan speeds on sapphire hd 6870?

In gaming my temps of GPU go to about 60-65c but I was just wondering are there any programs out there that you can use to manually increase/decrease fan speeds for the Sapphire HD 6870? Just wanna know just I case I ever need to increase the fans.

Try using MSI afterburner. It lets you set custom fan profiles.
