A couple of suggestions: Get low profile ram eg

Get a 7950 for about the same price which outperforms the 660Ti eg
It's actually cheaper.

I assume the Network Adaptor is WiFi not an ethernet card? There is no point in a separate ethernet card is onboard ones are fine.

You can get a cheaper PSU such as this OCZ one:

It's just a tad over-budget, but the 7970 is worth it.
