Get a 7950 for about the same price which outperforms the 660Ti eg http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100352...
It's actually cheaper.
I assume the Network Adaptor is WiFi not an ethernet card? There is no point in a separate ethernet card is onboard ones are fine.
You can get a cheaper PSU such as this OCZ one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/ocz-power-supply-ocz600mxs...
