A couple of suggestions: Get low profile ram eg http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31600c9d8ga...

Get a 7950 for about the same price which outperforms the 660Ti eg http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100352...
It's actually cheaper.

I assume the Network Adaptor is WiFi not an ethernet card? There is no point in a separate ethernet card is onboard ones are fine.

You picked some pretty good components, but I think there is some areas for improvement.
It's just a tad over-budget, but the 7970 is worth it.
