Heres what I built up from a quick glance, I'm tired so I won't list what everything is like I usually do next tot he links but it's an i3 3220, amd 7850, 8gb ram, antec 520w PSU, rosewell case (looks to be of good design though, and free shipping cases cost a lot to ship), 500gb hd, dvd burner, micro atx mobo and the price comes to roughly $590 before tax & shipping,

But due to promo codes and mail in which aren't including in the total which a rough estimate will probably knock off $55 and for me shipping was only $7 as I tried to get free shipping whenever it made sense. This should give you just enough left over for the monitor, and I know where I live there is an additional fee for recycling you pay when you purchase one so you may want to calculate that into your budget if that applies to you.
