Hello, Ever since I updated my drivers I get artifacts in every game i play .
I've tried reinstalling catalist , updating my directx 9 drivers .
Also the first time i installed 12.4 by accident so i installed 12.7 beta instead.
Here is an example of my problem :

http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...7-16_00004.jpg

and this is the best i can get on other games it becomes un playable to the point where all i see are triangles did i do something wrong?

When i tryed to install directx 9.0c drivers it said i already had the latest version.

This doesn't do this in minecraft, ace of spades, mount and blade (all of them).

Here are my specs :

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz
2,00 Go
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330
1278 Mo

yes i know my computer isn't that good my battery let me down :(

Anyways hopefully I can get a answer quickly because while waiting i have to switch to Console :(

Make sure the temperatures on the chip are not getting too hot.

Use MSI Afterburner. You can get it from the internet.

It should show you the temperature on the side. If it doesnt, your card doesnt support it.

That is an insanely high temperature for the GPU even in a laptop chipset. 100C is the boiling point for water lol.

Get a notebook cooler. It would help alot.

I let my coputer run for 2 hours and used a recorder to take a screenshot every 10 seconds and I had a average of 55°C to 84°C
It seems that the longer my computer runs the more hot it gets yay for logic :p

I would recommend a notebook cooler in that case, even if it is not the exact solution to your problem, its always nice to have one.

If running cooler did not fix the artifacts, then you might have a bad GPU.

Generally only very very high end laptops come with the ability to change the GPU.

Try the cooling solution first and see if that works. And make sure you have the latest driver set.
