Should I upgrade my i7 875k

I have the following components setup currently:

i7 875k overclocked to 4.13Ghz (Paired with a Thermalright SilverArrow)
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD7
Zotac GTX 670 OC 2GB
G.Skill Sniper 8GB 1600Mhz
Intel X-25M G2 80GB SSD
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD
Corsair TX 750V2 PSU
NZXT Phantom Full Tower

I was thinking if I should upgrade my CPU/Mob to an i5-2500k or i5 3570K. Will it be a major/noticeable upgrade considering that I already have my i7 overclocked to 4.13Ghz or should I just try and buy another 670 2GB and SLI my setup? Please help me out with my decision.

i wouldnt. you probably wont even notice a difference. you would also need to buy a new motherboard as well. not worth it to me
