What's the build going to be used for? If it's gaming don't get XMS RAM - get G.Skill Ares or Mushkin Blackline instead.

You'd also be wise to consider the Corsair CX750 over the Rosewill Hive but otherwise that all looks good to me!

Already own the RAM, otherwise I would get something else. If it is a huge deal I don't mind spending on another set of RAM though.

Also, why Corsair over Rosewill?

I'm not sure what OEM Rosewill uses but the one Corsair uses just put out this unit and it's been getting a lot of favorable reviews.

The i5 4690k is newer than the processor you got there, I would suggest getting that instead of the 3570k, also get a gtx 970/r9 290x or 290, the video card you got there isn't worth the price.
