Is this a good mid-range Gaming Desktop?

MoBo: Asrock Z77 Pro3
Memory: Kingston Hyper x Genesis 8GB 1600
Video Card: Palit GTX 650 Ti OC Edtion
HDD:WD 250 GB and WD 80 GB (gonna used my old ones)
PSU: Hec Cougar SL600W
Case: Cougar Solution Gaming Case

Have any suggestions? i'll be playing BF3, Far Cry 3 Black Ops 2 and Crysis 3. My budget is $650.

U'll be set if the price is right, the 650 ti can play many newer games on ultra 1080p with around 30 fps, if i remember seeing benchmarks right, or at least close lol
