Best GTX 680 Available?

Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing a GTX 680 in the next couple of months and I want to get the best one I can. I was wondering what the most powerful GTX 680 is? If there's one coming out sometime this year but not out yet, I'm happy to wait for it. At the moment I'm leaning towards an ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP, but if there's something better out there I'd hate to find out later. Money is no object at the moment

Don't know if your overclocking or what, but this card has highest stock clocks I have seen. Good if you don't plan to overclock.

With fans at 100% the GPU temperature on the default BIOS increased to 62c using voltage tweaking.

The LN2 BIOS had an even higher overclock which pushed the GPU extremely close to 1400MHz, and put the memory over 7GHz GDDR5. In MP3 it was 8.1% faster than the Overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970 and 18.1% faster than its stock settings. In BF3 SP it was 4.3% faster than the Overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970 and 17.9% faster than the stock MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning. In Batman the overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning was 16.2% faster than its stock settings, and 19.3% faster than the Overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970. In The Witcher 2 it was 2.4% faster than the Overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970 and 14.3% faster than the stock settings. The overclock on the LN2 BIOS increased the performance above the Overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970 in every game.

With the fans at 100% the GPU temperature on the LN2 BIOS increased to 73c using voltage tweaking and 300% Power Limit.

The Asus DirectCU is a triple slot design, while the Lightning is a dual slot design. If there's any question about what will fit, the Lighting is smaller.

all gtx 680 have almost the same performance(overclocked editions are a little bit faster ), any old trusted brand is good like msi,gigabyte,asus,XFX,EVGA,HIS.

If i was to buy a 680 only the Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU or MSI GeForce GTX 680 Lightning would do that's a lot of money and no half ass preforming 680 would do for me hehehe

if i were you ill buy the cheapest good brand gtx 680 i can find then ill do overclocking by myself

I heard somewhere about MSI releasing a new super edition of their 680? That may have just been a rumour, but I'm not sure. Triple slot doesn't worry me.
