SickleFlow 120mm fan V.S Noctua NF-F12 PWM Help*

I am looking at purchasing the hyper 212 Evo to cool my FX 8150.

I want to buy two good quality fans that are quite and peform just as well  

I want to know if there is a real difference in the SickleFlow - http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=4375

Versus the Noctua - http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products...

I prefer the sickle because its blue LED's will suit my case but any other fans you may recommend will be great!
