Help with CPU/GPU Combos

I was building a computer and I need help picking out which build would have better quality of gaming...

Build 1:
AMD A8-3870K Unlocked (with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 6550D)

Asus Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5
(which can crossfire with the 6550D)

So the question is... Which one would have better video quality?

I would go with the one with the more powerful video card. Although I would recommend the Pentium G630 over the 965 Black.

I would do build one, but an i3-2120 and a 7750 would be a good choice.
