Hd 6950 voltage problem

I am currently using the sapphire hd 6950 oc edition. On trixx and msi afterburner I do not have an option to increase the voltage. On trixx i get a powerboard li option which allows me to go from 0 to 20 but i dont know what that is. Any help would be apperciated

powerboard li is amd powertune, which allows you to increase the TDP of the gpu.(so you increase the max temperature of the gpu before it shuts itself down or such)

Trixx has the option. It's not obvious, there's a scrollbar on the right to get to it
