Rear case fan exhaust or intake?

Hello on the back of my case the CM Elite 334U there's a 120mm fan it sucks air out of the case, I'm wondering would it cool my case better if I flipped it around and made it blow air into my case? The air it blows is relatively cool.

nope ,well i tried once and dint work as expected . u just stop playing with it just leave it as it is . Rear fans are only for exhaust not for intake
