$500 General Use PC

I've got a 500 dollar budget and am recycling a GTX 460. I'm only getting a 90 GB SSD because I don't use much storage, and store most of my work in the cloud. I've got a general idea of what I want to build, so here goes.

I want to be able to get 50+ fps in Crysis 2/BF3, and will be doing a lot of multitasking. My monitor resolution is 1280x1080. Main usage will be programming, gaming, and productivity.

On a side not, I want this PC to be near completely silent. Is this case a good choice, or would a cheaper case (i.e Antec One, NZXT Source 210) be just as quiet?
