Yes, but buy 4 gigs of ram for such an ancient CPU makes no sense.

the Answer is more of a sorta/kinda, while the processor couls, your motherboard & it's bios may not, also if you have a 32 bit OS, you will only see 3.2 gb (give or take, depending on your exact system).

As Karmen states, it's not really going to benefit you much.
