I want to play BF3 on medium to high on a 1920 x 1080 monitor.

I would use i5-3450, and a GTX660 for graphics. The GTX660 is generally better than HD7850, for sinilar cost. It also performs particularly well in BF3, giving aprox 50% better performance at 1080p.
The one thing that definitely needs changing. Raidmax are close to being the worst possible power supplies. Use Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, XFX, PC Power&Cooling.
