Depends of your thermal paste setup you got going. Its an overclocking question so your gonna have to try it out yourself. May work for others, may not wokr for you

NT-H1, I heard it was very high quality.

Personally what's the amount of voltage you'd pump into an air cooled CPU, 1.43? I just want a voltage point to stop OC'ing at.

Im not really familiar with I7-3930k but i did some digging and some guy in another forum reccommended that you stay 1.3-1.35v just to be safe.

It also depends on your case. So if you have good amount of air coming in the it shouldn't be an issue. You can set it @ vcore 1.37 and you should be fine. But I think an OC of 4.5 at 1.35 is a better choice. The return from higher OC aren't that great after a certain stage. So play with it and leave it alone after you hit a sweetspot.
