I/o shield doesn't "snap into place"

It fits just fine, but it just falls off if I don't hold it in. It doesn't seem like there's anything for it to snap into. What am I doing wrong?

But even if it doesn't snap into place because it's a bit loose, it will stay in place because it gets sandwiched between the motherboard and the case. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4DoKZTGk3g
