I/o shield doesn't "snap into place"

It fits just fine, but it just falls off if I don't hold it in. It doesn't seem like there's anything for it to snap into. What am I doing wrong?

Here's the case:

More about shield doesn snap place
  1. It can't fall off once the motherboard is in place as it has to be installed before mounting the motherboard in the case. You have to snap it into place from the inside of the case.
  2. As I said, the i/o shield doesn't snap into place.

But even if it doesn't snap into place because it's a bit loose, it will stay in place because it gets sandwiched between the motherboard and the case. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4DoKZTGk3g
