Computer Issues! So I am making a New build and it won't boot!

So I am basically done with my new build. This is the List of my parts:
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k
PSU: Raidmax RX-450
GPU: EVGA GTx GeForce 550Ti
RAM: Intel Extreme Masters 8GB 1600Hz
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB
Case: Raidmax Tornado Mid Tower ATX
Mobo: EVGA SLI Micro ATX Motherboard
Optical Drive: Sony Optiarc Standard DVD Burner

So I tried a system boot, and it wouldn't work, I just got my mobo replaced, and it still doesn't work! Idk why it won't work... HELP!

you have to reinstall windows again, unless you used the exact same mother board.

I don't have Windows yet.

It will clear up any user errors and find any component failures you may have.

Also, that Raidmax PSU. I would swap that out for something proper ASAP.
