Can I run the GTS 450?

Hello,I'm going to buy a GTS-450 but I heard that it needs at least 400W in the power Supply but I only have 250W.
Can the graphics card run fine or should I upgrade my Power Supply because my budget is low.

A better choiche would be a HD7750, you don't have to change the psu than.

Thank You for the help but I just found in the page you sent me that the GTS 450 uses 106 Wats,Is that mean that i can run it?I can't get the HD 7750 because the shop I'm buying from doesn't have it.Maybe I'll see another one xD

Nope, thats only the power draw from the card, your cpu and other stuff need power to. Here is the total power consumption around 250 W and thats to close for your psu.

By the way, The shop im buying from has the HD 6670,But it's way slower than the GTS so the HD 7750 is the solution.
