At the end of my rope with this build

So I have recently put together a decent computer. My first at that.

i5 3500k (I think going off memory)
8gb ram, vengeance
Aus Z77 extreme 4
Sapphire 7870
OCZ 600w
250gb hdd
Some blue ray player (cant remember)

I have been extremely cautious so I am pretty certain I did not break anything.
When I booted it up the first time I got a error. Turns out my ram was not in all the way.
Turned it back on and I got a error for not having in devices (keyboard mouse)

I then boot it up and it turns on then after w moment like resets. The fans go off and on, CPU and tower fans. I got nervous then just turned the main power button off on the PSU. I then check all of the connections and turn it on, only nothing happens!

If you guys cant help me it just may be going to the computer shop and hopefully they can help. This thing is really making me mad. Any help wanted.

Thanks guys. i built it out of the case and worked with no problems. So I cleaned the case real well for dust and any metal chips (brand new case) and inserted it all back. Fired up no problem. I cant seem to get windows 7 installed now but getting closer.
