Basically good, but a couple of things.
You refer to the posibility of SLi. The ASRock Pro3 doesn't support SLi. If you want that, suggest ASRock Z77 Extreme4, or possibly the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H is better.
Would recommend that you use Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, BeQuiet, or Antec for PSU. For a single card 550w is fine. If you want to add 2nd GPU, you would need 700/750w.
If you don't want to overclock CPU, you could save a small amount, by using i5-3470 processor. If you do want to OC, in future, stick with i5-3570K, but don't forget you will need aftermarket cooler, for CPU, before you do overclock.

On a general basis, yes. The only times the 660 Ti would perform better would be when playing games that are Nvidia-optimized like BF3, or when you use software that make use of CUDA cores.

With that, I would recommend 600w power supply (550w is "adequate", but would prefer a bit of scope). Suggest Corsair, or PC Power&Cooling Silencer Mklll (if you can get it). Rest OK.

I'm a bit worried about cooling with that case and GPU.

So is that case good enough to keep temperatures low enough?
Or do i need more fans or something?

Thanks!

There always has to be some "balance" between quiet and ventilation. The R4 is a quiet case, but doesn't have "outstanding" airflow. There are plenty of good quality cases, with good airflow, or the ability to add fans, for excellent airflow. Coolermaster HAF, Corsair Carbide 500R, some of the Antecs. None of them, however, are as quiet as the R4.

Im considering between HAF XM and HAF X.

Is HAF XM good enough for me or should i pay extra 45e for HAF X one?

Thanks again...

Both are great casings.
The HAF-X is a full tower though, so expect it to be bigger.

If budget isn't an issue, I would go with the HAF-X.
Probably won't need to change casings for like a decade.
