Hi All,
I'm wondering if it would be worth my time and money to upgrade my current PC or should i just start from scratch with a new one completely?
PC in question is an HP Pavilion Elite m9040...spec below.

Only thing thats changed is the Graphics Card, upgraded (if you can call it that!) to a 8600gs after the 8400 failed.
I know that upgrading the graphics, memory etc would probably give it a boost but what i know nothing about is motherboards, quad core processors etc etc and really could do with some expert advice in that department! Would i be limited to what i could buy and upgrade?
As you can probably tell after reading that i could do with all the help i can get!
Thanks for any advice.
