hi guys i'm trying to build a new pc with my old pieces i got a old dell desktop with a e2200 , 2gb ram and 300 gb hd.
so i want to build a new pc with these pieces the 300 gb hd the e2200 i want to be able to overclock it abit from 2.2-3+
i also have a amd 6850 thats the reason i want to overclock the processor so it wont bottleneck so i'm just asking any recommendation on the rest of the pieces i will need i wont need a case . max i want to spend is 150-200 this desktop will just be to watch movies on my 40"tv because atm the dell is skipping some kinda lag so the parts i will need are.

usb wireless adapter
ram
mobo
psu
cpu cooler

parts i have
300gb hd
gpu, 6850
processor, e2200

if i'm missing something tell me please
BUDGET 150-200$

this will be for watching movies/anime on crunchyroll @ 1080p my gaming rig is running @ 5760x1080 i5 2500k oc 4.8 7970 vapor x 128gb ssd 1tb hd 650w psu 8gb ram etc etc

THANKS.

i doubt you can overclock a e2200. pretty sure its locked. therefore no point of geting a new 775 motherboard and cooler

if you already have a 6850, it should be more than enough for movies and some games. i dont see how it would lag.

id suggest a xfx 550w power supply for your system. they sell for 59.99 at us.ncix

Thanks but i still need a new motherboard to use the 6850
had this e2200 i guess i wont need it then

is it possible to get this parts with 150-200$ budget

processor amd ? cheap
mobo
ram 4gb
psu
usb wireless adapter

if the processor has a ok cooler then i wont need one

i dont see how you cannot put a 6850 inside the dell system. if there is a pci-e slot, it will work.

and no you cant really get a new CPU, motherboard and a power supply for 200. you can with crappy parts but otherwise, no

you dont need all that to watch videos

the msi motherboard is bad
the memory is bad (needs to be 2x2gb)
power supply wont power a 6850 and a 955
and you wont overclock with that rig due to bad motherboard and no CPU cooler

the 6850 wont be bottlenecked that much by a e2200. its not that powerful anyways

i don't want to overclock only asked was if the e2200 will bottleneck allot aslong as i'm able to run all my movies/anime/tv shows @ 1080 then its all good

but still need mobo / ram/psu/ for the e2200

what happened to your dell motherboard. it still works if there is a pci-e slot. id try it first. dell can scam you that way
