Sup guys, so basically I'm getting buying my pc at micro center in 5 or 6 days. I would like some feedback on this build I've come up with after hearing other advice.

Ok so about the prices, there is a 50$ off when you buy intel processor with a motherboard.
In total the rebates come to 40$ off. Factor in a 10 percent military discount, ( my family is active duty) I think the military discount still applies, lol.
What do you think? Again any advice given will be helpful.

Monitor is 23 inch Samsung 1920 by 1080
