Would this PC run on my tv?

Hello everybody this is my first post, this seems like the best place to get answers so here goes! I am soon planning on buying a PC with these specs;

AMD FX 4100 3.6GHz Processor
8GB RAM
GeForce GTX560 Graphics Card
ASUS M5A78L-M LX Motherboard
Windows 7 Ultimate

Do you think a PC with these specs would be able to run on my 42" tv? (this is the tv) http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Products/TX-P42UT30B/Overview/7984111/index.html

Im reading things that say my tv would make everything fuzzy and I wouldnt be able to read any text on the screen which is getting me very worried. The tv would only be something I would use for a month until I buy a monitor and would only be used to play old school games like World Of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2 etc etc

So what do you guys think? will this computer be able to run on my tv or not?

Definately your computer is more then capable; make sure you use a dvi or hdmi cable though.

If you live near a salvation army then you can pick up a monitor for $30.

The size of the TV or monitor does not matter. Only the resolution will affect performance. The higher the resolution, the lower the performance.
