Ram clearance Noctua NH-D14

Kinda confused about this, so I was seeking some last minute advice just to be sure. I am unsure as to if I have enough space for this ram or not. I read about the heights and clearance I have, and it sounds like I SHOULD have space, but still want a second opinion or two.
