RADEON 7750 or 6670?

OK, so I'm in the process of upgrading my PC graphics, and I'm stuck between getting either:

I only have 7 inches or less to work with, so please help me out here! My system specs are as follows:

Intel Core 2 Quad 9550
8GB DDR2 RAM
160GB SATA
3TB SATA
1 PCI express x16 (so single slot only!)
305 watt psu (am willing to upgrade!)

Go for the best one you can afford.

For a little more you could have a HD 7770 or 6850 and give yourself a reason to upgrade the case aswell. haha..
