Random flickering of picture, can't figure out why...

I randomly get these split second blackouts.. It will happen both in games and on my desktop, this is also my 2nd video card... I had to RMA the first one that had the same issue, as well as other problems.

It's an evga 560 ti 448 classified

Hooked up via hdmi in 1080p

I've tried 59 and 60 hz... Switching hz between the 2 will usually cure it for a while, but it comes back after I start a game and play for a bit then get out of it

Are you sure it's not your monitor? Try hooking it up to something else and see if it happens then. Otherwise, it could be a driver issue.

I'm sure... Because I had my computer running on the integrated graphics and never had an issue. I've also had the problem across multiple drivers.

Could it be a hertz issue? Or maybe the hdmi port?
