I have chosen between the Gigabyte Radeon 7770 OC Edition- £94/$148 and the Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 (non ti) - £136/$214.
Is it worth spending more money or is there no difference?
I plan to play games like skyrim and Cod, while trying to play in the highest settings. The resolution I currently play in is 1366x768 and that is the best resolution for my monitor.
On my PSU I have 1x6 pin PCI & 1x6+2 pin.

Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm asking is it worth spending more money or is the HD 7770 good enough.

I think the price difference is too much for the performance difference you'll get. Can you get some cheaper 560's or perhaps, 6870? You can also wait for 7850 Prices to drop, it may hit the £150 range. The 7850 is the best mid range card you can get now at that price.

So performance wise it goes in this way:
GTX 560(BEST)
7850
6870
7770(Worst)

No.

7850 is the fastest of those.

The GTX560 and 6870 trade blows depending on the game.

Also there is GTX560se, GTX560, GTX560ti, GTX560ti 448 core. (from slowest to fastest)

I think I will choose the Amd 6870 since my mobo can only support Crossfire so if ever i want to get another I can. But thanks again for the help.
