Sapphire HD 7850 OC Edition 1GB £188.02 or Gigabyte HD 7850 OC Windforce X2 975MHz 4800MHz 2GB £189.16 and there's also the XFX HD 7850 2GB DDR5 DVI HDMI Dual Mini DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card £181.90

Which one should I buy im really confused?

There's 2 2gb models and a 1gb model. You don't really need 2GB unless you are running higher resolutions with a lot of textures, but since they all cost around the same, might as well just get 2GB. I would go for the Gigabyte OC just because factory overclocked models come with a higher binned chip.

I'd go with the Gigabyte Windforce x2 (Here's a Review I found).

At 1920x1080, you are right at the point where having more graphics memory becomes beneficial and the Gigabyte card has an excellent cooling solution. Plus, it's only a few quid more.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that your PSU is from a quality brand and has all the proper power connectors but it wouldn't hurt for you to double check before you make a purchase.
