The thing about the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K is that it does allow the overclocking now or down the road. Now lets say that in a year you find that you would like some additional power it is simple to go into the Bios and up the multiplier to increase with the Intel Core i5-3570K while you wouldnt be able to do that with the Intel Core i5-3470.
