Gtx 660 ti just won't fit

I discovered my problem, the graphics card won't fit properly into the pci express port.

something, although i cannot tell what, seems to be blocking it because i can't just put it straight in.. is there anything i can do? or is there no hope for this? it's frustrating how difficult it is for me to build this computer.

Does the card boot up and show a display? Check to see if there is any pressure on the card somewhere and make sure there aren't any wires between the card and the motherboard.

Please make more pictures from different angles and from the whole motherboard. It is very difficult to see it right now

Good point. I'm sorta multitasking at the moment, and I guess I didn't pay enough attention.
