With my experience of overclocking the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K with a Corsair H100 I found that I was having a hard time pushing 4.6GHz without the temperatures reaching a level that was higher then would like on a 24/7 overclock. So short of some very different cooling system I would say that the voltage to reach over 5 would push the temperatures up to a very dangerous level.

Try restarting your computer by shuting it down, and turning the power supply off, then install CPUZ
