Hello people,

I want to build a gaming pc. I will be playing in a 24" 1920x1080 monitor. I have been reading a while and I have make the following list, what do you think ??

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H (138 €)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4Ghz Box Socket 1155 (215 €)
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL8 (51,95 €)
SSD: Crucial M4 128GB SSD SATA3 (86,95 €)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC 2GB GDDR5 (391 €)
DVD: Asus DRW-24B5ST DVD 24X Negra OEM (19,95 €)
Power Supply: OCZ Fatal1ty 750W Modular ( 94 €)
Total: 996,85 €

I specially need advice regarding the mobo and ram.
For playing I dont think there will be a noticeable difference between the SSD Crucial M4 and for example the Samsung 830 or Vertex 3, right ??

I have choosen the 750W PSU for a future 670 SLI, when needed.

Also, I will use the standard CPU cooler for a couple of months and then I will buy a good cooler.

Thx in advance.

Mobo is fine. Would prefer GSKill Ares, Crucial Ballistix Sport, or Corsair CML, for RAM, to avoid any possible clash with cooler. 1600MHz Cas9 is ideal.
Generally prefer Samsung 830, for SSD. Crucial M4 or Vertex 4 (not 3) also OK.
OCZ PSU's vary quite a bit, in quality. I think that one's OK, but generally prefer Corsair, or XFX, at that rating.
Of course, you don't have to fit aftermarket cooler, until you want to overclock, but if it's a short time, may be worth fitting, from start (less hassle changing). Coolermaster Hyper 212Evo is decent low cost cooler. You don't mention case, to safely recommend high performance cooler (in case it won't fit)

What about the G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL9, I think they are better than the Ares , right ??

For the case I have a ThermalTake Commander GS-III which is quite big.

They're about the same. The Ares has low profile heat sinks. I also wouldn't get an SSD without some kind of secondary storage solution. If you post the store you're buying from that will help to suggest a system. If you don't know of one check the link in my signature.

I have a 400gb HDD. I am buying the components in a Spanish website, coz i am living in Madrid.

Do you agree that the 750W PSU will be enough for a 670 SLI plus CPU OC ?? I have read very different power comsumptions for the 670. Following the ThermalTake PSU calculator it is but .. any advice there??

Yes but online PSU calculators don't take into effect that GPU manufacturers grossly underestimate their cards' actual power requirements. Keppler cards use far less power than their predecessors do.

OK since you already have a case, on that kind of budget I would get this. Using Spain website Tienda Traxtore:

PSU: Corsair TX 750 V2 - 105,90 €
Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 - 139,90 €
CPU: 3.4GHz Intel Core i5-3570K - 224,90 €
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - 31,90 €
RAM: G.Skill Ares 8GB 1600MHz 1.5V - 69,90 €
Optical: Lite On Bulk DVD Burner - 24,90 €
Video Card: MSI Twin FROZR Geforce GTX 670 - 369,90 €

Total: 967,30 €

If you need OS, go here: http://www.efecto2000.es/shop/software-sistemas-operativos/5418995-microsoft-windows-7-home-premium-64bits-oem.html

I couldn't find an SSD on that site for a decent price, if you want to add one try something like this or reuse your existing: http://www.pccomponentes.com/ocz_vertex_4_sata3_2_5__ssd_128gb.html
