Security of server

Hello,
I am a internet cafe owner. I have a secure my own pc(server)is secure. any other user can not install a program without my permission what can i do?

1) Why would other users have access to your server?
2) Don't give those users any admin/power-user accounts.
3) Personally, I wouldn't even give any users access to the server except via game-servers/etc.
