CPU Voltage warning.

I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU I went from an ASUS m5a97 pro with a bulldozer 4100 to a p8z77 v with a 3770k, I didn't re install windows as windows 8 doesn't require you to, but now I get a warning saying: Warning Voltage at 3.392, is this something to worry about or simply because I used to have a different CPU?

I don't know who told you that moving from one platform, processor, and motherboard to another didn't require a clean install with Win8, but that person was wrong.
