So after spending the past two days off researching and trying to make an educated purchase, I am one last tiny detail away from pulling the trigger on a FTW 670 edition, I've read that once it gets above 70c it downclocks reducing performance. I think it's important to note I don't have tremendously good air flow so it's a worry point to me. Basically I have two choices.....
1. GTX 660ti Superclocked edition, Corsair GS 600 PSU and a new case.
2. GTX 670 FTW (Which means more future-proof), most likely Corsair GS 650 and a new case down the road.
I can't tell you how insane the 192 bit vs 256 bit point has been driving me near insanity, the GTX 670 FTW seems so nice, but if it's just going to downclock all the time from higher temps, what is the point?
