My computer specs are
Core 2 Quad q8400
Gigabyte ga-ep45-ed3p mobo
Corsair H80
Corsair 500r(with 10 fans)
3 sata hd and 1 ssd
1 dvd burner
nzxt sentry 2 fan controller
Gtx 650 ti with a accelero mono plus heat sink
raidmax 630 watt hybrid psu

I have my system overclocked to 3.72 with 34 idle/68-70ish (prime95 testing) and ive oc and tested my gpu and have yet to see a temp higher then 60 c, so I know its not over heating. So could it be the cheap psu? I did the calc test and it comes out around 500 watts at 90%.

IF your whole PC shuts down, then it certainly could be the PSU. For the drivers? You might have installed them wrong, or something might have gone wrong in the process.

Remove all GPU driver softwares and utilities until there there are no left. Then reinstall a fresh version of the latest WHQL drivers.

Well it has done a blue screen(black or white) screen (i use two monitors). Also, I can;t sit in my bios for more then like 50 sec or it freezes up. Could it maybe be my ram? If i reset all the settings to normal it still freezes up in bios. I have 4x2gb kingston hyperx t1 1066 ddr2

If so, then yes! Broken RAM often tends to make freezes. Try taking one stick out, and let one run alone, if it doesn't help, then swap and see if the other is better.
