Please help! 7950 noise!!

My 7950 just randomly started making a whining noise! :/ it started when i was overclocking, i only went to 1050/1476 @ 1000 mv and it started to make the noise, then i lowered it back to defaults and it still makes the buzzing/whining type noise! please help! it only happens when i play games such as skyrim or BF3! i have tried seeing if anything is touching gpu fans, i have isolated the sound to the gpu though.

Most likely that is a case of the coils in the GPU and vibrating a frequency that is audible. If you look at this wiki page you made be able to stop it flowing the recommendations.
