Can i install nvidia gts 450 graphic card on hp dx2400

please help can in install Nvidia GTS 450 graphic card have on hp dx2400 microtower desktop i will grateful.

Thank you very much for your quick reply .............my processor is Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 Processor (1.80-GHz, 1-MB L2 cache, 800-MHz FSB) what is yours kind opinion about using on this .......again i will be grateful for your reply

your motherboard support all graphics cards in the world ,but 300w PSU wont enough for any graphics card that use more than 80w like 7770 so your PSU isn't enough for GTS 450 ,even if you have a good PSU you wont get any extra performance from buying more expensive graphics card because of your slow CPU.
7770 is faster and much more efficient than GTS 450 (GTS450 need 106w/ 7770need80w)so the fastest option for your PSU and your CPU is 7770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127687
