Low Budget, Old PC, Need Graphic Card

Hello and good day to all, I'm in need of help, I have a tight budget (65 dollars) and one old PC which I use at home, I had a 8400GS 1 GB before and I could play lots of games (low to medium settings) and now I need another graphic card (the other one died).

My PC specs are:

P4M900-M7
E5200 2.4GHZ Core Duo
2 GB RAM
