Fake Tape

I was intended to make backup copies with NT's backup utility and schedule service. Only prob here is that backup utility wont allow to use HD as backup drive, only the tapedrives are allowed. Is it even possible to use a harddisk instead tape to make backup copies? Is there any programs that emulate tape drives? (like FakeCD.exe emulates CD-rom drives in DOS environment)

Why do it the hard way.. Why dont you download. a program who does the same but only usess your hard drive...
