which should i get

i am looking for a sound card right now i have a ecs ev7za motherboard with on board sound which really sucks which sound card would be best i am looking to spend under $35 it doesn't matter if it is retail or oem i found this one is it a good sound card

For 35$ I think you can get a Live! Value card, or maybe even the next step up now that Audigy is out.. I don't really know if any other manufacturers have anything comparable in that price range.

I always recommend against Creative sound cards, because they have very poor drivers. Their speakers are nice (for the price), on the other hand.
My recommendation? Try a Hercules Muse XL from <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=57&manufactory=1282" target="_new">Newegg</A> for $17 (OEM). It doesn't say it's a Muse XL (it used to, I don't know why they changed it), but it is, and for $17, it's a great card. A3D, EAX, 4 channel surround.
