To put it simply, what are people buying and satisfied with as far as cases and power suplies? It would be ideal to purchase a case with a good PS installed. Recomendation? Or, if you have a PC Case you like that you generally replace the PS for a better one I would take those recomendations.

BTW - I just recieved an HEC (Compucase HeroIchi) 350 W PS (HEC-350LD-T 350 W/ATX ). It has a second fan like the Enermax (not gold, does that matter?) and it was $45.00 at goroyalpc.com. Opinions? Experience?

My personal recommendation is a Lian-Li PC-60 with an Enermax Dual-fan 465-Watt PSU. Pricey, but definately worth it in the long run.

Antec and Lian Lis are good cases. More economical and still good are the InWins and Landmarks.
As for power supplies, nothing beats Enermax Whispers.

Good advice, but I am trying not to break the bank. Are there cases with PS that you would recomend that are < $100. I am used to spending $60-$75 for a case/PS. I will spend a little more to get a decent PS, but I have trouble rationalizing $150 for a box.

I do appreciate the opinion and advice. Perhaps you know where to purchase this stuff cheaper than I. If so, I am all browser :)

I myself am using a Landmark 202 - nice heavy case for the price. Got it for around $80 CAD with a SH 250w power supply 1.5 years ago. Enermax Whisper power supplies go for around $70 CAD, so translated to US dollars, that should be something that fits your budget :)

Arrow is right on with that.
You can also get the very popular Antec full-tower. SX1030, or something like that. Comes with a 300w Antec PSU. Should be able to get it for around $100. Great case, but very big.
