560 Ti suddenly not displaying anything to the monitor

As the title says, My 560 Ti graphics card suddenly stopped working while doing some average gaming on it. The screen went blue for a split second than went black. Now the computer will still turn out, but the monitor can't display anything from the video card. The video card is 9 months old and has had no issues up until now.

As of now, I have tried many things to try and fix the problem, but none have worked. I cannot boot the computer from an integrated graphics card or another graphics card as I have neither. The POST indicates that everything is working. All the fans are running and have never had overheating issues.

Any help would be appreciated with this issue.
