Can i connect 2 fans in psu with stock fan wires in parallel ?

hello, newbie question - can i connect 2 cooling fans in my psu to same wires which belongs to stock psu fan ,i mean connect it in parallel to make less noice from psu fan ,so it will quet down by connecting two fans into one place ? it will remane safe and wont damage psu ?????? i want to reach lower noise level second fan will go in oposite side of psu it will blow air out instead of in.....

and it will split power between fans or they both will spin as fast as only one by same wires ???

as basic electrisity knowlage would tell me dat it should split power in half and it should become more quet,but not sure how psu is working and handles this , or it will remain stable and wont cause damage or something.... ????
