Everything's compatible and will fit.
Just making sure though- you are aware that the CPU+mobo promo bundle is a walk-in deal, yes?

Forgot to mention, if you're getting a 3570K, get a CPU cooler. The Hyper 212 EVO/+ is pretty cheap and a great cooler.

Well you don't need to get a cooler unless you are gonna do some ocing.

I plan on getting an H100 5 months from now for income tax. Should I still spend an extra $30 to get the CM 212+ now?

Gonna start overclocking once I make sure everything is working like it should first. Then ill start learning how to OC because ive never done it before! Any useful tutorial on how to OC on the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 / i5 3570k and Radeon 7950?

I'm also gonna buy a SSD for income tax. Is the OCZ Vertex 4 128GB $100 worth getting or should I get the Crucial M4 128GB or Samsung 830 128gb? Also would I be better off buying my SSD first then adding my HDD later because from what I hear its alot easier to add a HDD to your system than adding a SSD.

Yeah it would be, because you would wanna put the os on the ssd.

Don't bother with the H100.
Closed-loop water coolers like Corsair's are matched with decent air coolers such as the Thermalright Silver Arrow and Noctua NH-D14.

If you're gonna water cool, best get the custom ones.

Vertex 4, Samsung 830, Crucial M4, Plextor M5S, they're all great SSDs.
At the time you're gonna buy, look at which one of them sells the cheapest and grab it.

Can I do a 4.2-4.4 OC on the CPU with the CM 212+ or do I need to get the NH-D14 just so I don't have to worry about upgrading the CPU cooler again? Also will the stock fans on the NH-D14 be good enough or do I need to put aftermarket fans on it? Also will the case I want have any problems fitting the NH-D14?

Since I don't wanna go custom water cooling ill stick to high end air coolers :D  But now I have another question I only picked the NZXT Tempest 410 because I could fit a H100 on it with no problems. So would that case still be good to get still or should I go with the HAF 912 or Corsair 300r? I want a case with good cable management/Cooling/enough space for big graphics cards/psu on the bottom/I don't care about side windows, I just want it to have a fan on the side for my graphics card.

You can probably reach 4.2 with the EVO.
Anything above that, I suggest getting the Noctua.

The stock fans are fine of course. It's already aftermarket, not to mention high-end.

CPU cooler clearance for the NZXT Tempest is 170mm.
That's 10mm headroom, so you're good to go.

Awesome thank you so much! What's a good OC on a i5 3570k for daily use? I also leave my computer on 24/7 so I'm assuming I need a stable OC that can run 24/7 or do i just overclock when I'm playing video games?

Honestly? You don't really need to OC.
The i5's already blazing speed.

Though OC-ing is still fun, and I believe your original plan of 4.2-4.4 would be fine 24/7. :)

Hows the OCZ Vertex 4 128GB? Ive been having trouble deciding between OCZ Vertex 4 128GB / Samsung 830 128GB / Crucial M4 128GB they are all $100, what would be the most reliable in speed/reliability of not losing my data?

They're all great, like I said in my previous posts. :p

But since they are all sold in the exact same price, if I had to choose, I'd get the Vertex 4. It's gotten a lot of good reviews and much successful hype lately.
