My budget is 1000$ (I'm a little over yes and yes I know that)

I'm going to be OC'ing probably a decent amount as well. (4.2ghz probably). Not interested in a GPU upgrade unless I can get it for basically the same price.

I basically just wanna know if I can get a better part for the same price or less. Other then that, that's all i'm asking. I'm also interested in getting a better cooler if you have any suggestions.

NOTE: I might CFX in the future, so my PSU is overkill for now I know. Thats fine.

That power supply is overkill for a 7850 even when you want to CFX it. If you wanna save some bucks you can go for something cheaper. Everything else looks fine.

If you are thinking of CF in future, i would suggest to spend a few extra bucks and get 7870, u won't regret it.

For same price, as that HD7850, you could get MSI TwinFrozr GTX660, which would not only outperform the HD7850, but is better, in some games, like BF3, even than HD7870 (admittedly HD7870 has edge over broad range of games, but is slightly more expensive).

Also get a CM Hyper212 Evo if only OCing to 4.2GHz. Plus if you get a Z77 Extreme4 Newegg throws in 8GB of RAM free. Use the savings to get at least a 7870.
