okay, so I am planning on building a pc to game on (as well as every day use), don't want to go over $700-$750 budget really, already have a single 1920x1080 monitor, wont be using more than one, and already have the OS here is what I have that i need to get so far, please help fill in the blanks with suggestions asap! thanks people!
CPU: intel core i5 3570k ~ $205 ~ Amazon
GPU: two (2) 560 ti's in SLI~ (would like to trade them to someone for a 7970/680) ~ spent $200 from a friend
PSU: yet do be decided (need 850w) ~ $90 budget on PSU
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-128G 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC ~ $90
MOBO: Asrock z77 extreme4 (w/ 2x4gb 1600ghz PC3 12800 SDRAM free) ~ $135 ~ Newegg
CASE: Rosewill Challenger ~ $40 ~ Newegg
Wireless Adapter ~ $20 ~ Amazon
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer ~ $15
Logitech Wireless Keyboard ~ $20 ~ Amazon
OS: Windows 8 ultimate ~ FREE ~ perks of my job
1920x1080 Monitor ~ already have (price ignored)
HDD: 1TB 3.5" 7200 RPM ~ $50
Total as stands at all these prices ~ $865
Still would like to cut 115 dollars if possible w/o performace loss, please comment/share thoughts and ideas! All thoughts appreciated! (please state whether i should drop the SSD or HDD for now and add the other later)(also what are benefits of maybe going hardwired to internet instead of wireless for now? it is stationary obv as a desktop)(if i dropped SSD and wireless adapter for now that is 110 dropped instantly, then just need to find another 5-55 to drop preferably)(also planning to do some heavy overclocking later down the road, i will worry about better cooling when i get to that stage, so please no worries about that for now as well ^.^)
