Over clocking the I5 3570k

With my antec khuler 620 I was wondering how far I should push the CPU because i know my cooler isn't the best in the world any help would be appreciated thanks

Push it as far as your cooler will allow. Use software to monitor cpu temps and SLOWLY increase your overclock. Use software such as prime95 to test system stability and heat. Try and keep the cpu temp below 80*c.

As a note i am assuming you have knowledge of overclocking a cpu, if you are new to overclocking i recommend a bit of research on your cpu (max safe limit for voltages ect)

I am new to over locking and I am going to leave it till I get my new cooler in April time thanks for the help
